The following court cases were heard in front of Judge Brad Paisley on May 17th:

Nicholas Wensman appeared. Motion to expunge/seal granted.

Barbara Chamness appeared. Sentencing hearing continued for June 28th.

Shalee Bayne appeared. Pretrial hearing continued for June 28th.

Cody Hasquin appeared. Guilty plea accepted of a charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Judgement entered. Hasquin sentenced to two years probation and 90 days in the county jail with credit for two days served. Jail sentence stayed and subject to remission hearing. Fines and Fees assessed. 

Joshua Wells appeared. Final pretrial set for June 22nd. Jury trial scheduled for July 6th. Furlough motion heard and denied.

Ashley Rockford appeared. Pretrial hearing scheduled for July 13th.

Cameron Daigh appeared. Plea hearing set for June 25th. 

Michael Alde appeared. Pretrial hearing continued for June 21st.

Curtis Slaughter appeared. First appearance with public defender set for June 25th.

Lawrence Coghlan appeared. First appearance with public defender set for July 12th.

Scott George fails to appear. Notice to appear set for June 14th.
