The following court cases were heard in front of Judge Brad Paisley on May 7th, 2021.

Lori Agee appeared. First appearance with counsel set for June 28th.

Breden Barger appeared. Negotiated plea accepted by court. Barger pleads guilty to possession of methamphetamine. All remaining charges dismissed. Barger sentenced to three years in the IDOC followed by one year of probation. Credit for time served of 228 days plus fines, fees, and assessments.

Scott George appeared. Motion for bond heard. Bond reduced to $15,000. Preliminary hearing set for May 17th. 

Chad Hattaway appeared. Pretrial continued to May 14th.

Michael Ishmael appeared. Negotiated plea expected. Pretrial continued May 28th. 

Brandi Kay appeared. Requests time to hire counsel. First appearance with counsel set for June 21st.

Charles Lair appeared. Negotiated plea accepted by court. Lair pleads guilty to burglary. Lair sentenced to two years of problem solving court. Released form custody and ordered to report to the probation department. 

Sarah Mollet appears. Preliminary hearing set for May 24th. 

Clint Olson appears. Pretrial continued for negotiated plea set on May 14th.

Dylan Prather appears. Negotiated plea accepted by court. Prather pleads guilty to aggravated battery. Remaining charges dismissed. Prather is sentenced to 15 years in the IDOC to be served at a rate of 85% followed by three years of mandatory supervised release (parole). He has credit for 207 days served. Fines, fees, and assessments indicated in sentencing order. 

Dwain Sarver appears. Preliminary hearing waived. Waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, requests trial by jury. Pretrial hearing set for June 29th. Bond reduced to $15,000 with same terms and conditions.
