Charles Foraker appeared in court. Oral motion to change bond conditions. GPS Removed without objection. PT only continued for January 2nd.

Kendra J. Pope failed to appear. case reset for December 19th. 

Willie Jones appeared in court.  Waives preliminary hearing waives arraignment. Pleads not guilty. Requests trial by jury. PTO December 19th.
