The Following Court Cases were heard in front of Judge Christopher Matoush on Friday October 11th. 

Terry L. Biggs appeared in court. First appearance with public defender set for November 21st.

Richard E. Busboom appeared in court. Waived formal reading of the charges, denied allegations, and has a preliminary hearing along with pretrial for all cases set for December 5th.

Anthony M. Holmes fails to appear in court.  Warrant set for $10,000.

Michelle A. Hott apeared in court.  Waived arraignment next appearance set for November 26th.

James J. Humphrey appeared in court. Motion to reduce bond reset for November 18th.

Leroy E. Miles appeared in court. Petition to revoke filed. Waive reading, deny allegations hearing set for November 8th. 

Jason E. Newberry appeared in court. Waived preliminary hearing, waived arraignment, plead not guilty, requested trial by jury, and has pretrial only set for November 15th.
