Joshua M. De Clerck of Pawnee negotiated a plea agreement.  No agreement for sentence other than no more than three years DOC sentence.  Sentencing hearing scheduled for June 6th. 

Chad M. Gaydos of Nilwood waived arraignment and denied allegations set forth in the petition to revoke. Pretrial scheduled for June 24th.

Chism L. Haworth of Kincaid ordered furloughed from jail in order to take outpatient treatment.  Status hearing scheduled for May 14th.

Mister L. Jenkins of Morrisonville appeared and approved motion for recognizance.  He pled not guilty and a jury trial has been scheduled for July 18th.

Lorenzo R. Olvera of Taylorville has a plea hearing scheduled for May 1st.

Jeremy T. Stark of Pana ordered furloughed from jail in order to take outpatient treatment.  Pretrial continuance scheduled for May 7th.
