17CF059 - Danielle L. Johnson - 3 counts of Narcotics Possession - Pre-trial. Special prosecutor appointed in this case. Parties are talking, possible negotiations. Next pre-trial scheduled for August 22nd at 10 a.m.
17CF130 - Gerald L. Olive - Aggravated Battery - Motion to Reduce Bail. New bond agreed upon. Bond reduced to $5,000. Preliminary hearing already scheduled for August 4th at 10 a.m.
16CF010 - Joshua M. Sams - Theft Less Than $300 - Negotiated Plea. Also 17CM007 - Retail Theft Less Than $300 and two traffic charges. Negotiations have failed, and defense has asked to set pre-trial and jury trial. Jury trial scheduled for September and pre-trial scheduled for August 31 at 10 a.m.
17CF134 - Sarah M. Hopping - and 17CF135 - Travis J. Hopping - Aggravated Identity Theft of Someone 60+ - First Appearance. Charges were read to the pair. Probable cause was found. Bond is set at $10,000 for each defendant. Public defender is appointed in each case. First appearance with counsel for both is set for July 20 at 10 a.m.
