17CF068 - Samantha J. Abbott - Possession of Meth less than 5 grams - Preliminary hearing is waived. Waiving formal arraignment. Pre-trial scheduled for 10 a.m.

16CF085 - Michael L. Droke - 3 counts of Narcotics Possession - Pre-trial. Also 17CF083 Meth Delivery less than 5 grams. All issues continued until May 25th.

17CM031 - Nicholas A. Durbin - Violating an Order of Protection. Pre-trial. Fails to appear. Notice to appear June 2nd at 10 a.m.

16CF173 - Kandi R. Jacobs - Possession of Stolen Title/Certificate/Plate - Pre-trial. Also 16CM009 - Retail theft less than $300. Still trying to negotiate an agreement. Next pre-trial scheduled for July 27th at 10 a.m.

17CF026 - Tabitha L. Kelley - Possession of Meth less than 5 grams - Preliminary Hearing is waived. Waiving formal arraignment. Pre-trial scheduled for June 23rd at 10 a.m.

16CF180 - Joshua L. Lynch - Theft less than $300 - Pre-trial. Also 17CF003 Same charge. Continued pre-trial and jury trial until July 14th at 10 a.m.

16CF071 - Tilur M. Miller - Possession of a Controlled Substance - Pre-trial. Bond reduction agreement reached. Bond reduced to $3,000. Admission to revoke probation entered. Next court date scheduled for July 10th at 10 a.m.

16CF128 - Devon J. Newman - Possession of Cannabis 30-500 grams, Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, and Resisting Arrest - Pre-trial. Jury trial scheduled for September. Pre-trial scheduled for July 27th at 10 a.m.

17CF091 - Michael P. Shilling - 7 counts of Possession of Child Porn - Motion to Reduce Bail. Continued until June 12th at 10 a.m.

17CF093 - Troy L. Cota - Domestic Battery - First appearance with counsel. By agreement, bond reduced to $2,000 recognizance bond. No contact order still applies. Preliminary hearing set for July 10th at 10 a.m.

17CF094 - Mitchell D. Manion - Domestic Battery - Bond set at $2,500 with no contact order with victim. Wants to look for an attorney. Next date set for July 10th at 10 a.m.
