These are the results of the following court cases heard in the Christian County Court on Thursday, May 18th:

16CM194 - David L. Haubner - Child Endangerment - Pre-trial. Not present. Notice to appear set for June 22nd at 10 a.m.

17CF071 - Josh D. Hill - Meth Delivery between 15 and 100 grams. - Preliminary Hearing. This charged is being reduced to less than 15 grams. Preliminary hearing reset for June 8th at 10 a.m.

15CF201 - Nicole L. Jenkins - Possession of Meth less than 5 grams - Pre-trial. Also 16CF031 - Possession of a Controlled Substance. Still in in-patient rehab. Next court date scheduled for May 31st at 2 p.m.

17CF058 - Jacob C. Johnson - Narcotics Posession - Preliminary Hearing is waived. Waiving formal arraignment and pleading not guilty. Pre-trial scheduled for June 22nd at 10 a.m. No trial date set yet.

16CF144 - Cynthia R. Karrick - Meth Delivery and Meth Possession both less than 5 grams - Pre-trial. Also 17CF052 - Meth Possession less than 5 grams. Pre-trial. Drug test set for after-court today. Judge issues order for random drug testing 2-7 times per week until put in in-patient rehab. Status hearing set for June 19th at 10 a.m.

16CM232 - Donald R. Minard - Violation of No Contact Order - Final Pre-trial. Jury setting originally planned for May 22nd, now being moved back to July 17th at 8:30. Next pre-trial is set for July 7th at 10 a.m.

17CF079 - Ryan D. Nance - Aggravated Robbery with a firearm and Domestic Battery - Preliminary hearing is waived. Arraignment waived, pleading not guilty. Jury trial set for July 17th. Pre-trial set for July 6th at 10 a.m.

17CF090 - Brett L. Peters - Burglary - Motion to reduce bail. Defendant testified on his own behalf. Asking for $5,000 in bond, currently set at $30,000. Bond reduction is granted, reduced to $5,000 as requested. Preliminary hearing set for June 8th.

17CM054 - Layla K. Schuyler - Obstructing Identification - Motion to reduce bail. Plea agreed upon. Would plead guilty in 17TR370 Driving with a Suspended License and 17CM054 (would be dropped?). 60-day sentence along with paying all fines and fees. Next appearance scheduled for July 26th at 9 a.m.

17CF093 - Troy L. Cota - Domestic Battery - First appearance. Bond is set at $2,000. Public defender appointed. First appearance with counsel scheduled for May 19th at 10 a.m.
