Christian County Court Cases 5/9/17

These are the results of the following court cases heard in the Christian County Court on Tuesday, May 9th:

 

17CF020 - Brent L. Musser - Driving with a Suspended License, DUI, Aggravated DUI, Obstruction of Justice / Destroying Evidence - Pre-trial. Also 17CF053 2nd DUI, Aggravated DUI, Possession of a Controlled Substance.

 

17CF027 - Noah L. Allen - Meth Delivery 5<15 Grams. Pre-trial. No longer represented by Public Defender. New counsel asks for one last Pre-trial before trial date next week. Final Pre-trial set for May 11th at 1:15 p.m.

 

16CM227 - Arron T. Bock - Theft Control Intent <$500. Pre-trial. Plea agreed upon. Probation revoked. Sentenced to 60 days in jail. Court date for another case vacated. Date set for both cases for July 26th at 9 a.m.

 

16CF006 - Clifford D. Branham - Theft $500<$10,000. Pre-trial. Motion of continuance for after dealing with cases in other counties. Next Pre-trial set for July 14th at 10 a.m.

 

17CM046 - Jerald A Buerk - Disorderly Conduct - First appearance. Next court date set for June 9th at 10 a.m.

 

17CM013 - James T. Eiskant - Criminal Trespassing - Pre-trial. Final Pre-trial set for June 6th at 10 a.m. Parties announce they are ready for trial.

 

15CF112 - James C. Luetzow - Theft with Intent $500<$10,000. Criminal Damage to Property $300-$10,000, Possession of a Controlled Substance. Petition to revoke. Ordered to be tested twice a week, next court date set for June 22nd at 10 a.m.

 

16CM232 - Donald R. Minard - Stalking - Final Pre-trial will see if defendant is fit to stand trial. That date set for May 18th at 10 a.m.

 

09CM080 - Mark R. Pagliai - Domestic Battery - Pre-trial. Plea agreement reached. Fined $500 plus other general fines.

 

17CF017 - Joshua A. Westerfield - Burglary - Pre-trial. Also 17CF021. Probation assessment set for this afternoon. Next Pre-trial set for June 6th at 10 a.m.

 

17CF049 - Kalyn L. Worker - Meth Delivery <5 grams. Pre-trial. Was given furlough to get treatment. She completed treatment as of today. Defense asked for release from jailtime, state objected. Because of disagreement, Judge Paisley has recused himself from the case.


 

13CF071 - Brian A. Ford - Driving Recklessly / Suspicision of DUI, Possession of Cannabis 30-500 grams - Sentencing Hearing. Also 16CF030 - Cannabis Delivery 30-500 grams, Narcotics possession.

 

17CM050 - Shiloh Thomas - Domestic Battery - Negotiated Plea. Credit for time served plus fines.

 

17CF082 Lisa Fleming - Aggravated Domestic Battery. Judge Paisley recuses himself from this case.
