16CF086 - Jerry D. Archer - Delivery of less than 15 grams of cocaine. Preliminary hearing rescheduled for May 16th at 10 a.m., with possibility of filing a plea agreement at that time.

17CF047 - Deven A. Barger - Aggravated Fleeing. Bond Reduction moved to May 4th at 10 a.m.

17CM032 - Wade S. Dailey - Battery. Waived formal arraignment, entering plea of not guilty. Next appearance set for June 2nd at 10 a.m.

15CF034 - Shawn T. Davis - Burglary - Reverted back to pre-trial, next appearance May 11th at 11 a.m.

17CF077 - Donald R. Felton - Possession of Meth less than 5 grams. Preliminary hearing on new charge set for May 18th at 10 a.m. 15CF011 - Pretrial for this charged moved to same date as preliminary hearing.

16CF185 - Jake K Orzel - Burglary. Pre-trial moved to May 8th at 10 a.m.

14CF128 - Aaron D. Purcell - Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Meth. Pre-trial. Moved to May 18th at 10 a.m.

16CF064 - Eric J. Merritt -Meth Possession. Motion to modify sentence, moved to May 5th at 10 a.m.

17CF079 - Ryan D. Nance - Aggravated Robbery and Domestic Battery. Bond hearing. Bond set at $100,000, no contact order against victim. Public defender will be appointed. Next appearance, April 28th at 10 a.m.
