To be dismissed in plea above. 16CM123 - Destiny E. Doud. Retail Theft <$300. To be dismissed in plea above.

17CF071 - Josh D. Hill. Meth delivery between 15 and 100 grams. Motion to reduce bail. Bond Hearing postponed to May 2nd.

17CM044 - Jeramiah D. Johnson. Retail theft <$300. First appearance with counsel will be May 30th at 9 a.m. 17CF076 - Driving with a Revoked License. Public Defender was appointed. First appearance with counsel May 30th at 9 a.m. Traffic case is revoked.

17CF077 - Donald R. Felton. Possession of <5 grams of meth. Bond set at $50,000. First appearance with counsel is April 27th at 10 a.m. Public defender appointed.
