Rolling Meadows Senior Living offers apartments for seniors 62 years of age or over who meet HUD’s income guidelines (at or below 50% of median income for the area). Rolling Meadows is a smoke-free facility with complimentary WI-FI in the common areas.
Located on the west end of Taylorville on Route 104 close to Walmart, Rolling Meadows has 23 one-bedroom apartments in the two-story apartment building. Each apartment features an open floor plan, lots of kitchen cabinets, full size stove and refrigerator. The bathrooms offer walk-in showers and safety grab bars. Emergency call pendants are provided free of charge to residents.
Rolling Meadows pays for the residents’ water, rubbish removal, and for the gas heat in the apartments. Residents only pay for their electric usage, landline phone expenses, and cable television services.
Staff includes a Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and a Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator is available to assist residents in connecting them with services that will benefit and enhance their life.
The friendly maintenance staff takes care of all the maintenance requirements within your apartment.
Rolling Meadows has 24 hour on-call maintenance, and coin-operated laundry equipment in a spacious, comfortable main floor laundry room. Entry to the building is by a controlled access entry system—visitors must dial in to the resident’s apartment to be granted entry.

Rolling Meadows Senior Living is now accepting applications, per HUD rules and regulations. You may request an application by contacting Rolling Meadows management office at (217) 287-2450. Upon submission and acceptance of a completed application, applicants will be added chronologically to the waiting list (provided they have met eligibility requirements). The date and time the completed application was received by the rental office will be the date/time entered onto the waiting list. All applicants will be processed in accordance with their position on the waiting list.
