Richard “Dick” Porter, 76 of Taylorville, passed away at 8:05 p.m. on Sunday, April 4, 2021 at his daughter’s home in Morrisonville. He was born on October 21, 1944 in Christopher, Illinois, the son of RJ and Camille (Turner) Porter.
