Shelby County Arrests--April

Brian P. Vaughn, 28, of Cowden was arrested April 16th for disorderly conduct and issued citations for possession of cannabis less than 10 grams and possession of drug parahernalia after Deputies were called with complaints of an individual trying to gain entry into a residence.  He was transported to the detention center for processing.  He posted bond and was released.

 

Rachel A. Price, 41, of Shelbyville was arrested April 17th for driving on a suspended license, an active Shelby county warrant, disobeying a traffic control device, display or affix to a vehicle any license plate not authorized by law for use on vehicle, possession of methamphetamine and possession of canabis less than 10 grams.  Price was pulled over at the intersection of 950N & 1800 E.  She was transported to the Detention Center for processing and later posted bond.

 

Jacob C. Adkins, 28, of Lakewood was arrested April 18 for possession of cannabis, no rear registration plate light, and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at Illinois Route 128 & County Road 600N.  He was transported to the Detention Center for processing.  

 

Tommy Andrews, 65, of Sigel was arrested April 22nd for possession of cannabis less than 10 grams and arrest warrants out of Cumberland and Coles Counties.  He was transported to the Neoga Police Department and later to Cumberland County Sheriff's Office to be processed on their warrant.

 

Wayne T. South, 23, of Pana was arrested April 22nd for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended.  He was transported to the detention Center for processing.  He later posted bond and was released.
