41 year old Nicolas R. Dooley of Pana was arrested on Monday afternoon for bad checks to obtain property.

The Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News;

48 year old Jeffrey K. Bell of Taylorville was arrested Monday afternoon for retail theft.

The Taylorville Fire Department reported the following to Regional Radio News;

There were three EMS calls between 8:28 Monday Morning and 5:33 Tuesday Morning.

The Taylorville Fire Department responded to a call Monday evening at 8:29 to assist the Midland Fire and Police Department at a detached garage at 201 Elm Street in Kincaid.
