Area Arrests/Accidents 12/27/17

On Wednesday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:

 

20-year-old Dakota L. Allen of Taylorville was arrested Monday on a Coles County warrant.

 

A 15-year-old male juvenile was arrested Monday for Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver.

 

On Wednesday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following accidents to Regional Radio News:

 

17-year-old Taylor C. Hodson of Taylorville was driving northbound on Walnut St. Thursday, stopping at the intersection with Market St. 26-year-old Matthew J. Daigh of Taylorville was driving eastbound on Market St. and stopping at the same intersection. Daigh proceeded through the intersection when Hodson struck the passenger side of his vehicle. Hodson was cited for Failure to Yield at an Intersection.

 

30-year-old Elizzabeth K. DeClerck of Taylorville was driving westbound on Main Cross St. Saturday. 30-year-old Ashley L. Peden of Pawnee was driving northbound on Cheney St. stopping at the intersection with Main Cross St. Peden proceeded through the intersection but DeClerck did not stop at the stop sign and struck Peden’s vehicle on the passenger side. DeClerck was cited for Failure to Yield at an Intersection.

 

On Wednesday, the Pana Police Department reported the following arrests  to Regional Radio News:


24-year-old Haylee J. Taylor of Pana was arrested Thursday for Criminal Damage to Property and on a Christian County warrant.


23-year-old Trent D. Jones of Pana was arrested Friday on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant.


31-year-old Royal M. Jackson of Pana was arrested Monday for Domestic Battery.

 

On Wednesday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:


25-year-old Danielle E. Patnode of Pana was arrested Friday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $10,000.


41-year-old Shannon M. Miller of Pana was arrested Friday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $10,000.


29-year-old Kregg M. Bandy of Morrisonville was arrested Saturday for Obstructing a Peace Officer. Bond is set at $1,500.


26-year-old Jacob C. Noren of Taylorville was arrested Sunday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $250.


24-year-old Desiree S. Neal of Decatur was arrested Monday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $3,000.


On Wednesday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following accidents to Regional Radio News:


46-year-old Johnny M. Scott of Mt. Auburn was driving westbound on County Highway 2 Thursday. At approximately 650 East, his back driver’s side tire blew and he lost control of his vehicle. He went off the roadway to the north, overturned twice down into the ditch. His vehicle came to rest facing east on the passenger side of the vehicle. He was not hurt.


29-year-old Katherine J. Weber of Palmer was driving southbound on County Highway 1 Sunday. At approximately 1175 North, she lost control on an icy surface of a bridge. Her front bumper hit the west bridge rail, and then continued to spin and hit the rear bumper on the rail. Weber was not hurt and she was able to drive away from the scene.


56-year-old Bradley A. Arndt of Stonington was driving westbound on County Highway 4 Sunday. He was unable to slow down to make a turn due to road conditions. He slid into the west ditch and the vehicle ended up on its side before rolling back on its wheels. Two people were taken to the hospital via ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.


43-year-old Beth A. Smith of Chesterfield, MO, was driving northbound on Rt. 48 Sunday when she overturned on the east side of the roadway while attempting to stop. Her vehicle was towed from the scene.


Lucas R. McElroy of Assumption was driving eastbound on County Highway 6 near Assumption Sunday. At approximately 2600 East, he lost control of the vehicle due to road conditions. He left the roadway to the north, overturned and came to rest on the passenger side of the vehicle. He was not injured, but his vehicle was towed from the scene.
