On Thursday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:

21-year-old Anthony D. Benavides of Taylorville was arrested Wednesday for a Probation Violation warrant.

29-year-old Keisha N. Anderson of Pana was arrested Wednesday for Manufacturing/Delivery of Controlled Substances. Bond is set at $10,000.

23-year-old Cory L. Blake of Auburn was arrested Wednesday for Criminal Sexual Assault. Bond is set at $50,000.

40-year-old Trisha D. Jump of Taylorville was arrested Wednesday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $5,000.

26-year-old Cole Y. Shoraga of Pana was arrested Thursday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $3,000.

On Thursday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following accident to Regional Radio News:

A 16-year-old from Pana was driving northbound on Route 51 Monday. At approximately 500 N., the driver went off the roadway into the west ditch, striking a field entrance and causing the vehicle to go airborne. The vehicle came to rest on the north side of the field entrance. The 16-year-old was taken to to Pana Community Hospital via ambulance for injuries to the mouth and head. The driver said the vehicle turned off while he was driving and the driver jerked the wheel when the vehicle started to malfunction.
