On Tuesday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:
29-year-old Scott J. Dean of Taylorville was arrested Saturday for Retail Theft.
21-year-old Patrick D. Emmerling was arrested Saturday for Theft.
42-year-old Melissa G. Owens of Taylorville was arrested on a Christian County Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $5,000.
On Tuesday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:
43-year-old Mark I. Heaton of Springfield was arrested Monday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $50,000.
21-year-old Cailee A. LaPorte of Fenton, MO was arrested Monday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $5,000.
36-year-old Floyd E. Garrison of Harvel was arrested Monday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant.
On Tuesday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following accidents to Regional Radio News:
27-year-old John M. Patrick of Taylorville was driving eastbound on 900 N. Rd. Friday when a deer ran in front of him at approximately 1475E. He struck the deer, but was not hurt.
59-year-old Joni L. Daugherty of Morrisonville was driving westbound on 750 N Rd. Sunday when a deer ran in front of her at approximately 450E. She struck the deer, but was not hurt.
20-year-old Bailey E. Hamilton of Taylorville had turned southbound onto Ladue Ct. Sunday when she lost control of the vehicle and struck a telephone pole. She continued through the yard and eventually came back onto the roadway. She was not hurt.
