Area Arrests/Accidents 10/30/17

On Monday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:

 

55-year-old Walter D. Harker of Taylorville was arrested Saturday for Assault.

 

19-year-old James B. Middleton of Taylorville was arrested Monday on a valid Christian County Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $4,000.

 

On Monday, the Pana Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:


35-year-old Amy Merrifield of Pana was arrested Wednesday for Criminal Trespass to Residence.


32-year-old Megan M. Klespitz of Pana was arrested Friday for Speeding 81 in a 45 mph zone, DUI - Alcohol, Illegal Transport of Alcohol, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.


27-year-old Amber N. Spracklen of Pana was arrested Saturday on a Christian County Failure to Appear warrant.


On Monday, the Pana Police Department reported the following accident to Regional Radio News:


40-year-old Sonia L. Davis of Nokomis was stopped at a stop sign facing northbound on Chestnut at 7th St. 19-year-old Kacee J. Bradshaw of Tower Hill was eastbound on 7th. Davis failed to yield and proceeded through the intersection. Bradshaw’s vehicle t-boned Davis’s. Davis was cited for failure to yield at a stop or yield intersection.

 

On Monday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:


18-year-old Preston J. Newingham of Kincaid was arrested Friday for Contempt of Court. Bond is set at $100.


39-year-old Shaun M. Kline of Springfield was arrested Saturday for Driving While License Suspended or Revoked 2nd Offense or More.


34-year-old Breanne L. True of Taylorville was arrested Saturday for Child Endangerment.


22-year-old Brett M. Sloan of Assumption was arrested Sunday for Possession of a Meth Precursor.


On Monday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following accident to Regional Radio News:


56-year-old Timmy G. Rauch of Sullivan was driving westbound on 2820 North at 1200 East Rd. on September 6 when a deer entered the roadway. Rauch was unable to avoid the deer. He was not hurt.
