On Thursday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrest to Regional Radio News:

27-year-old Hannah K. McIntosh of Springfield was arrested Wednesday on a Sangamon County Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $3,000.

On Thursday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following accident to Regional Radio News:

63-year-old Richard L. Wiseman of Taylorville was turning left onto W. Adams St. from S. Shawnee St. Wednesday. A 16-year-old was driving east on Adams and tried to brake to avoid the accident, but ended up crashing into the driver’s side of the city vehicle Wiseman was driving. No one was hurt. A witness standing on her porch near the accident site says the 16-year-old was driving too fast and skid marks approximately 110 feet long were found on the roadway.
