Area Arrests/Accidents 8/4/17

On Friday, the Pana Police Department reported the following arrest and incident to Regional Radio News:

 

21-year-old Justice T. Stalling of Pana was arrested Thursday for Meth Delivery. Bond is set at $15,000.

 

A complainant reported his vehicle was struck by a rock that was thrown by two unknown individuals while he was driving. The rock struck the windshield causing damage. The case is under investigation.

 

On Friday, the Pana Police Department reported the following accident to Regional Radio News:

 

30-year-old Levi J. Hollinshead of Edgewood, IL was driving eastbound on Route 16 behind 51-year-old Gary D. King of Pana Wednesday. King stopped to wait for a car to turn left off of Route 16, and Hollinshead did not see King come to a stop. Hollinshead rear-ended King. No one was injured.

 

On Friday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:


39-year-old Rebecca E. Bayless of Taylorville was arrested Thursday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $10,000.


22-year-old Paul E. Allen of Pana was arrested Friday for Battery. Bond is set at $1,500.


On Friday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following accidents to Regional Radio News:


30-year-old Bret W. Nolen of Taylorville was driving southbound on Route 48 on July 18 when he says he fell asleep at the wheel and rear-ended a state truck spreading rock for IDOT. The state truck was driving by 44-year-old Jefferey W. Bonn of Rochester. No one was injured.


28-year-old Lukas B. Schneider of Nokomis was driving southbound on County Highway 1 Thursday when he says he fell asleep and woke up in time to veer left, but still clipped the left rear tire of a semi-trailer being driving by 58-year-old Jeff E. Tussing of Oreana. No one was injured.
