Area Arrests/Accidents 8/3/17

On Thursday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrest to Regional Radio News:

 

21-year-old Kaley J. Armstrong of Taylorville was arrested Wednesday for Retail Theft.

 

On Thursday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following accidents to Regional Radio News:

 

61-year-old Robert E. DeClerck of Taylorville was driving southbound on Houston Street while 25-year-old Allison M. Ladage of Taylorville was walking southbound on the street with a friend. DeClerck hit Ladage and pulled over. The friend says the two were walking on the edge of the street and Declerck hit Ladage in the arm. DeClerck was arrested for suspicion for DUI. Ladage transported herself to Taylorville Memorial Hospital with a private car.

 

42-year-old Heather L. Mathes of Stonington was backing out of a driveway. The car of Susan K. Noreail was parked legally East Esther Street. Mathes backed into Noreail’s car. No one was injured.

 

On Thursday, the Pana Police Department reported the following arrests and incidents to Regional Radio News:


24-year-old Cassandra L. Steerman Kerr was arrested Tuesday on two Macon County warrants.


28-year-old Nathaniel Z. Bain of Pana was arrested Wednesday for Possession of a Controlled Substance.


Pana Police are investigating a report of a burglary and theft that occurred in the 300 block of North Walnut sometime between July 27th and July 30th. Unknown person(s) forced entry into a garage in that block and took two cordless drills and miscellaneous tools from the property. The case is under investigation.


A complainant reported all four tires of his vehicle slashed while parked at his business. The case is under investigation.



On Thursday, the Pana Police Department reported the following accident to Regional Radio News:


A complainant reported her vehicle was parked at Save-A-Lot between 8:30 and 8:45 a.m. on July 31 when an unknown vehicle struck her vehicle and left the scene. The accident caused damage to her bumper. The case is under investigation.

 

On Thursday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:


33-year-old Zachry W. Bough of Edinburg was arrested Wednesday for Contempt of Court. Bond is set at $150.


21-year-old Patrick D. Emmerling of Taylorville was arrested Wednesday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $5,000.


32-year-old Ashli N. Brumberlow of Irving was arrested Wednesday for Meth Delivery. Bond is set at $15,000.


34-year-old Julie E. Woods of Pana was arrested Wednesday on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $5,000.
