On Thursday, the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:
41-year-old Tracy J. Kennedy of Taylorville was arrested Wednesday for Possession of Controlled Substances. Bond is set at $5,000.
20-year-old Lindsey M. Middleton was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, Improper Lane Usage, and Operating an Uninsured Vehicle. She resisted during the arrest, and later hit her head on the block wall in the department holding cell. She was transported to Taylorville Memorial Hospital.
On Thursday, the Pana Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:
28-year-old Jesse W. Demascal of Pana was arrested Monday for Battery.
17-year-old Quinton Morrissey of Pana was arrested Monday for Aggravated Battery.
34-year-old Julie E. Woods of Pana was arrested Wednesday for Retail Theft.
A purse was reportedly stolen from the residence at 702 Lincoln in Pana on Wednesday. The purse was found later the same day.
28-year-old Brent C. Wells of Pana was arrested on a Macon County warrant.
On Thursday, the Pana Police Department reported the following accidents to Regional Radio News:
29-year-old Scott J. Dean was westbound, turning the corner at Washington and Franklin when he struck the car of 42-year-old Linda S. Ervin, causing damage to both vehicles. Ervin and a passenger were taken to Pana Community Hospital for treatment. Dean was then arrested for DUI, Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Injuries, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, Improper Lane Usage, and Failure to Reduce Speed to avoid an Accident. Dean was also issued citations for cannabis possession less than 10 grams and drug paraphernalia possession.
On Thursday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:
20-year-old Charles R. Lair of Moweaqua was arrested on a Bond Forfeiture warrant. Bond is set at $3,000.
