39-year-old Trisha D. Jump of Taylorville was arrested Tuesday for driving with no valid driver’s license.

On Wednesday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News:

26-year-old Cody N. Durbin of Taylorville was arrested for Aggravated Battery. No bond has been set.

On Wednesday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following accidents to Regional Radio News:

21-year-old Caleb W. Arnett was driving southbound on County Highway 1 just south of Township Road when he says a northbound vehicle swerved into his lane. He swerved into northbound lane to avoid the car and lost control of his vehicle. His car went off the roadway and struck a utility pole before stopping in a field. No injuries were reported.
