Area Arrests/Accidents 11/28/16

On Monday the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News.

 

31 year old Lonnie W. Meador of Atwood was arrested on Friday on a bond forfeiture warrant for issuance of a warrant. Bond was set at $700.

 

26 year old Jeremy R. Masters of Taylorville was arrested on Friday on a bond forfeiture warrant for contempt of court. Bond was set at $5000.

 

55 year old Brian Ferguson of Pana was arrested on Wednesday on an original arrest warrant for home invasion with a dangerous weapon. Bond was set at $250,000.

 

48 year old Thomas Elliott of Tower Hill was arrested on Wednesday on a bond forfeiture warrant for contempt of court. Bond was set at $5,000.

 

21 year old Detric L. Mitchell of Springfield was arrested on Wednesday on a bond forfeiture warrant for contempt of court. Bond was set at $2,000.

 

28 year old Colt A. Stephens of Taylorville was arrested on Wednesday on a bond forfeiture warrant for use of a forged credit card. Bond was set at $20,000.

 

37 year old Christopher R. Wadsager of Edinburg was arrested on Wednesday for battery.

 
 

On Monday the Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrests to Regional Radio News.

 

49 year old Richard D. Prakel of Taylorville was arrested on Saturday for possession of Methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance.

 

47 year old John L. Manning of San Diego, CA was arrested on Thursday for driving on a bond forfeiture warrant for driving on a suspended license. Bond was set at $8,000.

 

47 year old William Winchester of Taylorville was arrested on Saturday for DUI.

 
 
 

ACCIDENTS:

 

On November 24th, 29 year old Kelly D. Wright of Edinburg was traveling southbound on 1400 East Road. At the curve where 1400 north turns into 2450 North road, Wright went off the roadway into the triangle grass median, and turned towards the southwest when her vehicle went into 2450 North Road. Wright hit the ditch on the south side of the road and started to overturn. Wright’s vehicle overturned multiple times and came to rest facing west. Wright was unharmed, but stated that she was going to take herself to the hospital.
