20 year old Tristan L. Dilley of Mattoon was arrested on Sunday for theft and burglary.
48 year old Garret L. Austin of Ramsey was arrested on Saturday for operating a boat while under the influence of alcohol.
25 year old Hannah F. Banyai of Mattoon was arrested on Monday for theft as well as criminal trespass.
22 year old Randy L. Vail of Taylorville was arrested on Sunday for domestic battery.
26 year old Kyle Greer of Taylorville was arrested on Sunday for domestic battery.
29 year old Ethan W. Alberts of Taylorville was arrested on Saturday for violation of an order of protection.
19 year old Dustin J. Benedict of Edinburg was arrested on Saturday on a bond forfeiture warrant for issuance of warrant. Bond was set at $50,000.
48 year old Matthew W. Harris of Taylorville was arrested on Sunday on a bond forfeiture warrant for issuance of warrant. Bond was set at $1500.
37 year old Kandi R. Jacobs of Taylorville was arrested on Friday on a bond forfeiture warrant for retail theft. Bond was set at $5000.
25 year old Marciano Williams of Taylorville was arrested on Tuesday for retail theft, resisting an officer, as well as trespassing.

A female juvenile was arrested for not having a valid driver's license and leaving the scene of an accident.
Kailey A.N. Daugherty was arrested on Friday for retail theft.
Regina Burks was arrested on Friday for possession of drug paraphernalia as well as possession of cannabis.
37 year old Christopher A. Ellinger of Taylorville was arrested on Saturday for retail theft.
19 year old Brayden L. Copeland of Morrisonville was arrested on Sunday for excessive speeding.
24 year old Christopher burton of Decatur was arrested on Monday for retail theft.
Gary M. Klinger Jr. of Taylorville was arrested on Monday for battery.
ACCIDENTS:
On 5/28/2016, 67 year old Rex N. Montgomery of Taylorville was traveling west on route 29 and was entering the intersection of route 29 and route 104 in a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan. 17 year old Danielle L. Zippay of Raymond was on route 104 in a 2005 Pontiac 4 Door and was trying to turn west onto route 29. Zippay did not yield to Montgomery, causing a collision. Both vehicles were able to drive away from the scene.
