At our firm we believe that in order to do the best job for a client, as many conflicts-of-interest have to be removed as possible. It is for this reason that we do not sell proprietary products or take commissions from 3rd parties. What we make, you actually see every quarter and is based on the value of your account. It is important that our interests be aligned. We make more money only if you make more money.
We also believe that investing is just one frame of a persons financial life. Other areas are just as important. Taxes need to be monitored and planning should take place during the year. Estate issues and beneficiary designations need to be considered. All these issues are interrelated and we feel we have the expertise and experience to help our clients with them. We also will not hesitate to call in other experts or work with client's other advisor if necessary.
