>>> 1. Shelbyville Rams went up against Clinton for a shot at the title of the Central Illinois Conference Tournament last night and took down the Maroons big 62-33. The Rams now will take on the number one seed Decatur St. Teresa in the finals. 
 
Rams head coach, Bob Herdes says that this tournament could be anybody's in the conference but he is glad that his team has a shot at the championship
 
 
 
 
>>> 2. Tornadoes girls basketball hit the hard wood on The Dolph from THS West Gym last night to face off against Pleasant Plains to try and make it 4 in a row recently but fell short 62-49.
 
THS head coach, Mark Hannant said after the game the defensive game plan broke down for his team in this one.
 
 
 
 
>>>  3. Taylorville boys basketball fell in their first of 3 road games this week to Rochester 40-33. THS went 0-18 from behind the arc as a team and never got in the groove to take down a Rockets team they had success against earlier this year.
 
Tornadoes head coach, Ryan Brown visited with Newstalk WTIM's broadcast team after the game and said he was in disbelief at his team's shooting performance tonight.

Rochester: Stallworth 16pts, 6 rebounds, 2 steals. Schwarts 8pts, 2 rebounds. Sutker 5pts, 6 rebounds, 2 steals.
