This Saturday residents from Christian County and the surrounding areas have the opportunity to be a part of something special.
Erin Domonousky is the Medical and Legal Advocate for the Prairie Center Against Sexual Assault she says for the first time ever the Walk a Mile in Her Shoes Event will be held in Taylorville.
Domonousky says the men who participate in this event are true warriors, by the end of the walk she sees men who are powering through the finish line just to get the heels off.
