The Christian County LEADership program focused last week on customer service after hearing from Jennifer Russell, the University of Illinois Extension Community and Economic Development Educator. Linda Smith with the LEAD program shares why they decided to focus on customer service.

Participants also looked at larger company’s mission statements such as Google, and Amazon. Smith says they all were focused on customer service.
