Earl Walters is once again up for re-election to be the Alderman of Ward 4 in Taylorville. Walters first became and Alderman in 1983 and brings 19 years of experience to the Talyorville City Council as an Alderman. 

Walters says he wants to be as thorough as possible to make sure that the right decision can be made the first go around.

Walters has always been big on community involvement and giving back to the community, something that was instilled in him at an early age.
