The Christian County LEAD Program recently were able to tour through Taylorville Memorial Hospital, and Taylorville High School. Linda Smith from the program says they learned a lot about the new additions to be made at TMH during their visit.

During the group’s visit to Taylorville High School, they got an indepth look at the STEM labs. Smith says it was an amazing experience to see all the technology that was available.

Smith also compliments the opportunities that the STEM lab provides students compared to other schools.

In addition to the STEM lab, the group also visited agricultural classrooms, the greenhouse, and multiple other classrooms at THS. The LEAD Program tours health and education facilities in both Taylorville and Pana.
