With the New Years holiday coming up next week, it is important to stay safe and don’t drive unless your sober. Jessie Decker with the Illinois Department of Transportation warns that it is never okay to drive impaired. 
 

Also remember that there are other options if you need transportation whether that is a designated driver, or an app on your phone.

Even if you are driving sober, it is still important to be on the lookout according to Decker.
