This weekend is a special one in Moweaqua, as the village's "Christmas on Main" takes place on Saturday. Shawn Conlan talked about the event, during this past Friday's NEWSTALK WTIM Morning Show live from our downtown Shelbyville studios.
Conlan says this year's theme is a "Sussical" Christmas, in honor of Dr. Seuss.
And, Conlan added that in addition to the merchants participating in Moweaqua, some 25 additional vendors are located in other buildings downtown.
Conlan says the event has been a Moweaqua tradition for years.
