Moultrie County will be getting a new State’s Attorney on December 1st and it will be a familiar face assuming the role.

Current Assistant State’s Attorney Tracy Weaver is getting set to be the next State’s Attorney for Moultrie County. She says she is ready for the responsibilities that come with the job title.

Weaver thinks back to her past and what got her in the position she is in now and says without her father none of this would be possible.

Weaver appeared as a guest on the Newstalk WTIM Morning Show live from the Metro Communications Building in Sullivan.
