On October 31st, Taylorville Memorial Hospital installed the final beam on their new building at 201 East Pleasant Street. President and CEO of TMH, Kim Bourne, is very excited about the milestone.
Bourne says construction will continue its work throughout the winter, but was happy the staff could help participate in the placement of the final beam.
The ceremony did not last very long, there were no speeches or any formalities as many watched, and applauded the installment of the final beam.
