Every year the US Army Corps of Engineers holds an Eco Meet, which is competition that brings in schools from all over the state to see which school is the best at science.
Phil Manhart is with the Corps of Engineers, he shares this year some background on this event.
The Eco Meet has Varsity as well as Junior Varsity competitions. Manhart shares the winning schools as well as how the tests are constructed.
