Beginning October 1st, the C.E.F.S Economic Opportunity Corporation will begin accepting applications for the 2019 Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program. Energy Program Director, Kathy Walk, on who is eligible to apply starting October 1st.
Walk also explains how the program works, and why it helps those who are eligible.
Walk also wants residents to know that the Christian County Outreach offices has changed to 220 West Franklin Street, but the phone number has stayed the same at 217-824-4717.
