This Saturday at Kitchell Park in Pana residents for the opportunity to be a part of Hope for Recovery with the Christian County Prevention Coalition.
Dennis Metsker is with the Christian County Coalition says there will be plenty of local resources available at the event for those struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.
Gayle Miller has been helping Dennis put this event together, she says it came about in one of their more recent meetings an idea for a memorial for loved ones lost to drugs or alcohol.
Metsker and Miller appeared as guests on the Newstalk WTIM morning show.
