Friday marks the first day of the Edinburg Labor Day Picnic and the festivities will last through Monday the 6th.
Katie White is a part of the Entertainment Committee, she says this year they really tried to up the entertainment and make sure that all throughout the day there was something going on.
There are plenty of compititions to get in on at the Edinburg Labor Day Picnic. White says the Chili Cookoff on Saturday is a cant miss event.
