July is Grill and Grill Safety Month and the University of Illinois Extension Program wants to let residents know the proper way to grill.

Lisa Peterson is the Nutrition and Wellness with the Extension Program she says first and foremost make sure that everything you are using is clean.

Peterson says a lot of residents may look at the burger they are grilling and think it is done but looks can be deceiving.
