Taylorville Mayor Bruce Barry says he has been going to PCW for a couple of months now and is seeing a noticeable difference.

Weight loss can be a tough track to maneuver. Mayor Barry says he knows residents that do not eat regular meals but instead try to take supplements to help lose weight, Barry says this is not the case with PCW.

Mayor Barry says it is difficult being the Mayor and showing up at events with all the food out but he has to resist the temptation to go get more food.
