The city of Sullivan continues to look at future growth opportunities, and some opportunities have arisen over the past year.

Sullivan City Administrator Dan Flannell appeared as a guest on the Newstalk WTIM Hometown Tour live from Sullivan City Hall. He says some land that could be developed recently went up for sale.

Flannell says Sullivan is unique because it has a much bigger annual budget than the average town of its size.

Flannell says the biggest issue in Sullivan is that the city needs more people, but he says it is the city’s intent to continue to expand and set up the area for future economic growth.
