A mobile home near Pana Lake is destroyed after it caught fire Tuesday morning. Pana Police Chief Rodney Bland says the home is a total loss.

Bland says the residents were not at home at the time, but that at least two dogs were found deceased in the home.

The cause of the fire is still not known, and it is still under investigation.
