The legislature is still working on a possible ban on bump stocks. That’s the gun trigger modification that allows a semi automatic gun to act and fire more like a fully automatic one. They were used by the Las Vegas shooter. The original bill in the House banned more than just bump stocks, but a leaner bill just focused on that one item is being worked on.
