This month’s NEWSTALK WTIM Central Illinois Smiles Family Dentistry “Big Smile for the Community” honoree is Dwane Wheeler, Chief of the Kincaid Police Department.

Wheeler has been an instrumental part of the restoration efforts following the flooding in December of 2015. Working to guide volunteers, directing donation efforts, collecting supplies and rebuilding homes, all while continuing to protect and serve the community, Chief Wheeler has been a blessing to the Village and all its residents.
