Regional Radio News has learned that the domestic battery charge against Taylorville Police Officer Anthony Telford has been dismissed. Regional Radio News spoke with Taylorville Chief of Police Dave Herpstreith who confirmed that the charges had been dismissed, and commented that the department is continuing with their internal investigation on the matter.
