At a time when many high school journalism programs are being defunded, or are all together non-existent, Taylorville High School has a thriving curriculum.
Dr. Gregg Ferstenau, Superintendent of Taylorville Schools, tells Regional Radio that of the nearly 900 schools that participated in a recent national high school yearbook competition, THS was one of six schools that took home awards in the “newspaper” category.
