On Monday morning, Jarod C. Reber, 34, of Taylorville had his pre-trial in a Cristian County Court room. He was set to have his jury trial for May 26th but was pushed back on a motion hearing and is now set for June 22nd. Attorney for Reber, Thomas Finks, told the Fourth Circuit Court that a resolution with the state before the jury trial is doubtful. A motion hearing for Reber is set for April 16th.
Reber is accused of two counts of child pornography and one count of predatory criminal sexual assault back in January. He was arrested in December of 2014 after pictures of child pornography were found on his computer at work.
