On Thursday, Garett G. Chisolm, 20, of Decatur was North on IL Route 48 at 7:50 p.m. and a deer hit the driver side of his 2001 Ford Ranger. No injuries were reported.
On Thursday, David M. Nance, 61, of Jacksonville was backing up Southwest in the 100 block of East Franklin when he backed into a 2014 Jeep Compass that was parked on the road. Nance received damage to the passenger side tail light. The Jeep received damage to the front driver’s side panel and driver’s door.
